All APF Training Programs are completely customised to YOU. They are created based on your perceived strengths/weaknesses, experience levels, and are goal specific to ensure your progress is maximised.
The program you receive will provide you with the exact sets, reps, tempo and everything in between for each and every exercise in your sessions. Additionally, video demonstrations are used to help educate you on exercise techniques if necessary.
Moreover, you are required to input your weights for each set so that we can monitor everything accurately and ensure your progression.
Training plans are generally received within 7-10 business days of purchase. Once you've completed the purchase, you'll receive a PDF document with step-by-step instructions. This will include a questionnaire which will aid us in the development of your training program.
